Plywood
and tubing helps turn the 90 degree corner inside the armrests. To hold the
conduit I used nails and a scrap peace of wood.
Glassing
the yaw conduits.
In
this picture you can see how the conduits works and the spring connection.
Take your time with the cabling and springs making sure you get full travel.
I had to trim the tubing by 1/4 inch to get full yaw cycle.
Here
is the play wood hard point mount for the yaw control. Used a peace of scrap
foam as a wedge to hold till cure, then glassed over it.
Mounted
the yaw control, purchased the control handle and other metal parts from
Cozy Girls their
workmanship is very good.
Yaw
control system complete.
View
of the Yaw control as it goes through the front seat supports.
As for the pitch, I am thinking about installing the
Strong Electric Pitch Trim
most likely the way I will go.
More to come almost finish, not sure about the pitch
controls.
