Well the great news is I have sold the house, went for very close to the asking price—the property market here in the UK is very slow so I am very pleased. It took ten weeks to sell and went to the second person that saw it.

Good news and bad news, The house has loads of space to build the plane, I plan to erect a 25’ by 15’ workshop.  Fully insulated, internal plaster board  independent electrics and lighting. Sounds good, till I got the quote £5,500 that’s about $8-9,000 but it will be worth it to have a proper workshop that will not be too cold (hopefully). This cost may delay the start of the build a little whilst I locate a bit more cash. I had worked on about £3000 for the SHED so donations gratefully accepted.
