No, not south West Virginia… .but not far from that either. Close to Kentucky and Tennessee. We live in the rugged Appalachian Mountains of southwestern Virginia in Wise County. It’s a great place to live if you enjoy forest and mountains. We have a nice little airport here, LNP, with a 5200 ft runway. We have some nice little towns to shop in (as well as the infamous Wal-Mart). The major industries are coal mining and healthcare (and of course Wal-Mart). |
