I started my project with remodeling my garage.  I needed a suitable place to build my plane.  I spent the first hundred hours insulating and drywalling the garage.  After that I built a workbench and shelving.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The overall dimensions of my work table are 4 foot by 12 foot. I built my table with four 9 ½ inch composite I-beams.  They are spaced 10 inches on center.  I screwed a ¾ inch sheet of plywood on top and a ¼ inch sheet of plywood on bottom.  The legs are 4x4’s with a 4’ x 8’ shelve on the bottom.  I have 3 outlets on both sides.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My hot box is made from a kitchen cabinet.  It has a circulating fan that runs all of the time and a heat lamp controlled by a temperature controller.  I have converted the West system pumps to work with this MGS epoxies.  I installed the pumps in some containers from a local store.
