I’m taking time away from the project to educate myself on page building!  It’s high time I learn HTML!
I can’t begin to count the number of times I have gone to Wayne Hicks, Rick Maddy, Marc Zeitlin, Skip Schneider, John Slade….etc.
I could go on but there are too many.  To all of you who maintain a web site of your project, thanks! Many errors, fears, worries and
sleepless nights have been avoided because of your efforts. I hope I can in fill a few of the gaps left by the other excellent sites.

July 2009 status:   I pretty much have the cowls done, just a little trimming to do around the exhaust left. I ran out of epoxy for the second time after I thought I would have enough to finish, so in the mean time I have been tying up loose ends. For more than a year I have been contemplating how to make a stop, switch and lock for my over-center canopy latch. Since I ran out of glue and can't build my strake fairings, I went ahead and just started making a one. It all seemed to come to me as I built it, although there are 3 "prototypes" in the scrap box. I must say it works very nice and gives me the over-center latch, which I really like, and a micro switch mount, latch forward stop, and safety lock, which I really dont think is needed with this system, but now I have a belt & suspenders!
