Sorry to hear about your problem with Palettes. Can you please perform the following steps to help me figure out the cause of the problem:
1) Sync your iPhone with iTunes. 2) Locate the crash log for Palettes. Depending on your computer this will be in one of the following locations:
* Mac OS X : ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME> * Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/<DEVICE_NAME> * Windows Vista: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME>
<DEVICE_NAME> will be something like "DebG's iPhone"
3) Go into the appropriate directory and look for a file named something like:
Palettes-2009-06-11-162305.crash
All of the numbers are the date and time.
Please email me the latest one for Palettes. I can be emailed at:
rmaddy *AT* gmail D o T com
Thanks, Rick
