The icons for the five color schemes are small and close for someone with large fingers. It would be useful to provide the user with some visual feedback as to the current option under their finger.

For example, you could display a larger "popup" icon, similar to the way the iPhone keyboard displays the current character above the finger. This would provide feedback to the user with that selection.

Another feature that would also be of utility with the Color Scheme options is a copy function. The user could press and hold the scheme option icon and a Copy button would appear. Selecting "Copy" would copy all the current scheme color chips ready to be pasted in the current (or any other) palette.

Perhaps the press-and-hold menu could offer the option to send to current palette, send to another palette or create a new palette with the current chips.

(and the same would also apply to the Blend tool)

Thanks for you suggestions.

The idea of making the scheme selection buttons appear bigger like the keyboard would be non-standard behavior. The five buttons are created using a standard, Apple provided control. It's a little hard to tell but the selected button is darker than the other four buttons. But I will consider your idea.

I will also consider your idea for the ability to copy and paste a whole row of colors from a scheme.

In the meantime I want to remind you that you can already create an entire palette from a scheme. This is done from the main Palettes screen. Tap the Import Scheme toolbar button (the middle toolbar button).

Thanks for the ideas.
