I installed the free version to try it out and couldn't save even my first item.
So I took a gamble and paid for the full version. Same Problem.
I have made a new category, added category attributes etc
but when I fill in details for 1st item the save button is greyed out.
This renders the app completely useless to me.
What am I missing?

When you add a new item the Save button will be disabled if an attribute marked as unique contains a non-unique value or if an attribute marked as required does not contain a value.

Are other of these cases appropriate to your situation?

Neither of those scenarios applied. I think I have uncovered a bug, because it is now working.
I had a field which was yes/no type and by default 'sum' was enabled on this field,
when I disabled the sum option the save button opened up.

Can you clarify what you mean by "sum" being enabled for a Yes/No attribute. When you setup an attribute to be of type Yes/No the available properties are Required, Summary, and Autofill. Required can be on or off. Summary can have the Count option selected or not. And Autofill has a few options with a default of None.

Nothing I've tried related to Yes/No attributes results in the Save button on the New Item screen from being disabled.

If you can provide more specific details I would appreciate it so I can fix any issue that might exist.

Thanks.

It's been determined that if you have a Yes/No attribute flagged as being required and the attribute does not have an autofill value of either Yes or No then if you add a new item to the category, the Save button will not be enabled even after setting a value for the new item.

To workaround this problem either set an autofill value for the attribute or do not make it required.

An update to MyStuff2 with a fix for this issue will be out in about one week.
