Wills Wing U2 160 - April 2009 -

On March 2, 2009 I placed an order for a new Wills Wing U2 160. It should arrive in late April. I can't wait. I love my Sport 2 but Wills Wing was having a sale and one thing lead to another. This glider will have Hydranet on the leading and trailing edges. This was a free upgrade as part of the sale (sail?).

Wills Wing Sport 2 155 - July 2007 - March 2009

This glider was purchased in nearly new condition (less than 10 flights total). This glider is a treat to fly and land compared to the other gliders I've owned. I will have this glider for many years I'm sure.

Update: OK, not many years. I decided to upgrade to a U2 for some crazy reason.

Wills Wing Euro Sport 167 - May 1996 - Spring 1998

I test flew this glider while at the Point of the Mountain and bought it that day. This was a much better glider though I had periods of difficulty landing it. I went through several down tubes. After I quit hang gliding in late 1997 I donated this glider to the Wings Over the Rockies museum. As of 2008 it is still hanging from the ceiling of the museum.

Mystic Lite 166 - August 1993 - May 1996

I bought this glider used as my first glider. It wasn't a good glider for me. When I bought the Euro Sport I completely disassembled this glider and trashed it. No one else deserved this glider.
